He forayed into public speaking since his internship days. He’s an avid reader. His keen interest lies in personal productivity, time management and project execution.

Amit Salla

Amit helps small and medium sized companies get organized and become large corporate. He is an expert in designing business processes, implementing ERP Systems, evaluating internal controls, conducting internal audit, with 12 years of diverse experience. Amit has served various large and medium scale clients, many of which are industry leaders in their domain which includes manufacturing, pharmaceutical, FMCG, engineering services, defense equipment, telecommunication, aviation, advertising, textile, auto parts, and offshore construction. At ARKS, as a Partner, Amit leads the Risk & Process Advisory practice.

Formerly, as a Deputy General Manager at Aneja Associates, Amit assumed leadership and managerial role and lead engagements on auditing, consulting, process advisory, and policy review & design at various clients with focus on internal controls, risk management, process efficiency, cost reduction, fraud investigation, policy review, compliance review, and governance practices.
